Collection: CLIP

Before going independently viral with her breakout track “Sad B!tch”, the origin of CLIP came through the 23-year-old’s own life experiences and dreams. The aural contrast between fantasy and reality in both the NYC-native artist’s work and presence has attracted a strong following since her debut. With her brand of electronic-infused emo rap laid over dreamy beats, CLIP’s work offers listeners a euphoric escape.

CLIP dropped "Calvin K" in late 2021, followed by "FALL BACK" and "Hurt U". These led up to the release of her debut EP, PERCEPTION, in 2022. PERCEPTION garnered critical acclaim from DAZED, The Face, CLASH, Crack, Pitchfork, Pigeons & Planes, Hypebeast, The Line Of Best Fit, NME, and The FADER. CLIP’s unique sense of style has also captured the attention of the fashion world. CLIP fronted the cover of PAPER Magazine November 2022 issue and was photographed for editorial spreads in Interview Magazine and Buffalo Zine. She has also appeared in ad campaigns for Heaven by Marc Jacobs, Mejuri, MADEME, iGirl, I.AM.GIA, and LUAR.

In 2023, CLIP was named by The Face as one of the “10 Music Acts To Watch in 2023”, labeled “Best New Artist” by Pigeons & Planes, was included in the Dazed100 list, had an original track featured in YEAR0001’s RIFT Two compilation, and supported Rico Nasty on tour. She headlined Boiler Room, HEAV3N, and has performed alongside Coco & Clair Clair, Lancey Foux, Coucou Chloe, Father, and Hook. CLIP made her major music festival debut at Rolling Loud NY 2022 and performed at Rolling Loud LA 2023.
